Rules Every Resident Agrees To
To ensure a comfortable and safe living environment for everyone, please follow these rules during your stay at any BedBox property.
- Rent must be paid on or before the 10th of every month. A late fee of INR 100/day applies for delays.
- The contract is for a minimum period of 3 months. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of vacating (after deductions for damages, if any).
- A booking amount of INR 1,500 is required to reserve a bed. This amount is non-refundable.
- Visitors of the opposite gender are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation premises.
- Use, possession, or distribution of narcotics, alcohol, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.
- Smoking and gambling are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Residents are expected to maintain decent behavior and respect fellow residents and staff at all times.
- BedBox Facilities is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Please secure your valuables.
- Nailing, drilling, or pasting anything on the walls is strictly prohibited. Any damage will be charged.
- Residents must provide one month's prior notice before vacating the premises.
- Room keys must be returned upon checkout. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
- Please conserve electricity and water. Turn off lights, fans, and taps when not in use.
- Residents must be respectful of roommates and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.
- The main gate closes at 12:00 AM. Late entries need prior approval from management.
- Wi-Fi is provided as a supplementary service. Speed and availability may vary — no refunds for connectivity issues.
- Cooking in rooms is not allowed. Please use the designated kitchen area only.
- Any damage to property will be charged to the resident responsible.
- Management reserves the right to terminate accommodation for violation of any rules, without refund of deposit.
